Venue Policies

CAPACITY - The Barn at Glazypeau Farms has capacity for 400 guests, although we can provide seating for 150 guests through the use of our tables and chairs. Additional furniture and equipment can be rented through a vendor or brought with the renter.

 

FOOD & CATERING - We do not supply food or beverage at this time. The client may select any caterer as they wish or provide their own food. If your event is catered, your catering company is responsible for the setup, breakdown and cleanup of the catered site.

 

ALCOHOL - The use of alcoholic beverages are allowed at the venue. Alcohol may be served, but not sold. Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted by law to be served or consume alcohol. Glazypeau Farms, LLC accepts no liability for the actions of the client(s) or guests of alcohol-related events.

 

SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside the barn. There are disposal units outside so please encourage your guests to be responsible and use provided units. Glazypeau Farms is a natural environment and improperly discarded cigarettes can lead to fires.

 

VENUE HOURS - Our hours are from 8:00am to 11:00pm. We abide by all city, state and federal regulations.
